We strongly recommend uploading high - resolution photos taken directly from your camera for the best results. To ensure crisp, vibrant prints, please avoid screenshots or photos downloaded from social media as these often reduce image quality.

Digital photostrips are emailed within 48 hours of receiving order. Hardcopy photostrips are produced in 1-3 days and delivered within a week of purchase.
